1. Booking agreement
A booking becomes confirmed only after the required payment has been successfully received and a confirmation has been issued.
2. Deposits and balances
Where a deposit option is offered, the remaining balance must be paid by the due date shown on the booking. Late or unpaid balances may result in cancellation.
3. Security deposit
A refundable security deposit may be collected. Deductions may be made for damage, missing items, excessive cleaning or breaches of the hire conditions.
4. Cancellations
Add your cancellation timeframes, charges and refund rules here.
5. Occupancy and conduct
Only registered guests may occupy the caravan. Guests must follow all park rules and treat the caravan, neighbours and surroundings respectfully.
6. Pets
Pets are allowed only in caravans specifically marked pet friendly and remain subject to your pet policy and any applicable fee.
